Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Computer engineering or computer science
  • 5+ years of experience in Call Center Management
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Power BI and Excel
  • Can provide business analytics dashboards and presentations to customers
  • Own the whole escalation process from beginning to end, making sure that the resolution is delivered
  • Certified in Lean or Six Sigma
  • 3 years or more experience in workforce management
