About the role
The ICT Service Administrator works in our corporate team, assisting our ICT team to service all our locations across Australia, New Zealand & Philippines. The ICT team are a small team that work closely together with a customer-solutions approach, where everyone is excited to help our teams with their ICT requests. Reporting directly to the ICT Manager, you will a seasoned ICT professional that is comfortable resolving helpdesk queries, providing Desktop support, troubleshooting system issues, and performing project work in a heavily customer focused team.
You will support and help maintain the Systems, Infrastructure, hardware & Network across the business and the supporting registers and documentation. You will have experience or the ability to rapidly step up to the following parts of the role:
