This is an on-site Requirement

Location: BPO Seats, Marquee Mall, Pampanga

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of complex customer technical and/or operational problems with designated software and other company products
  • Responsible for investigating elevated tickets by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions.
  • Conduct software repair, diagnostic testing, and the utilization of remote control tools used to take over the user’s machine for the sole purpose of troubleshooting and finding a solution to the problem
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
  • Attend to clients need to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
  • Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
  • Assist management in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in as Level 2 IT support
  • Extensive experience supporting end users in a geographically-disperse, Microsoft-centric client-server environment
  • Detailed knowledge of support-oriented tools and technologies, including incident/ticket management systems, remote support tools, and software deployment/distribution systems
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a wide variety of areas.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure technology including networking, desktop operating systems, network printers, and VoIP phones (Avaya preferred)
  • Knowledge and skills of Microsoft Windows 2010, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, Office 365 Suite, and basic networking
  • Desired – Knowledge of Citrix and Networking

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php35,000.00 per month
