JOB DESCRIPTION:

• One of our clients, Citi, is looking for IT Service Desk or Technical Support Representative with 6 relevant experience.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Quezon
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule/ graveyard shift
• Salary: 24,000 - 30,000 based on the experience

Contract is for 3 months before absorption (under eTeam employment)

Candidate will be employed to Citi after 3 months with new full time contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with 6 months IT Service Desk or Technical Support
• Preferably with BPO experience
• Conversational English skills
• Amenable to work on-site in Quezon
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule/ graveyard shift
