Job Responsibilities:

> Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending change.
> Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
> Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more;

Qualifications:

With or without experience
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
