Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate to client for the execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Track project performance and to ensure the successful completion of project
  • preparing project plans to be shared with clients, Helpdesk and SD Dept.
  • ·         Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
  • ·         Prepares helpdesk monthly duty schedule
  • ·         Recruit, train and support help desk representatives
  • ·         Handling queries and customer complaints
  • ·         Develop weekly and monthly reports

 

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

·         Good communication and negotiation skills

·         Work as a team, communicate, be available
