QA/Tester Level 1

QA Responsibilities

• Well versed in software functional testing practices, standards and methodologies. 
• Write and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to check bugs and usability issues
• Able to perform functional, regression, end to end  and acceptance testing processes and procedures
• Identify bugs and track defects found in software release phase and develop test data to be used in software development cycle.
• Generate final test documentation for reporting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Skills sets

• Good understanding on database query for SQL/Oracle
• Knowledge and hands on experience in testing tools.
• Hands on experience in automation tools like Selenium etc.
• Actual experience in creating scripts using Javascript, C# script, and the likes is a must
• Knowledge in using defect tracking tools like bugzilla, mantis. 
• Able to understand business requirement and has good analytical and critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
