Responsibility
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on distribution and ensure that targets are met
● Ensure proper authentication of information to align with the Cartrack quality standard
● Accurate data capturing
● Obtain referrals from current clients
● Create awareness by distributing marketing material
● Generate quotations and follow-up.
● Obtain client information and complete subscription form on behalf of the client
● E-mail completed subscriber form to client for signature and receive back or; on fitment day the technician will obtain the client signature
● Submit completed and signed subscriber agreement to sales admin for capturing
Requirements
● 1 year Telemarketing / Call Centre Sales experience
● 1 year Call Centre Experience
● Attention to Detail
● Telephone Etiquette
● Listening Skills
● Time Management
