Job Responsibilities

• The Web Administrator will maintain web content and design to ensure that the assigned website is functional, accurate, and up to date.
• Creates, design, develop, troubleshoot, maintains internal and external web applications/websites in collaboration with web developers.
• Reviews web content, links, and design; provides necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner.
• Monitors site security; reports suspected or actual security breaches and denial of service attacks to appropriate staff.
• This may include implementing security protocols, modifying programs, creating backups, resolving software problems, updating content and more.
• Conducts user testing and use analysis to assess usability and effectiveness of site; recommends improvements based on analysis.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in web administration/development (or OJT experience/ freelance project for fresh graduates)
• With available portfolio of the projects, he/she worked on
• Thorough understanding of website design and administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency with markup and programming languages including HTML, XML, CSS, PHP or WordPress.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related software.

Technical Requirements

Must have own technical resources for work from home use such as:

• Laptop or Desktop Computer (i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD)
• Strong Internet connection (at least 5Mbps for own use)
• Backup internet connection incase of down system on the internet provider´s end.
• Designated Work Area with table and chair.
• Spare mobile phone for work use
