Accounting & Finance Manager – Full Time

  • Starting date: ASAP

  • Remuneration: Basic / month + Performance bonus

    Your responsibilities

    Join an energetic team to support the Finance, Accounting & Cashflow management in implementing the digital campaigns and in reaching the strategic objectives. 

    Main Missions:

  • 1. Cashflow Management

    Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit.

  • Responsible for assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of cash-inflows and outflows as the basis for budgeting and business-planning.

  • Responsible for analysing and reporting a business' operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period.

  • 2. Accounting & Finance

  • Deep diving into financial data gathered and offer recommendations to improve business operations,

  • Imagining and defining the future accounting processes

  • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses

    etc.,

  • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports,

  • Budgeting and forecasting for the business,

  • Liaising with external auditors and tax agents,

  • Keep accurate financial records and statements,

  • Record and process all business transactions

  • Develop regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.

  • Effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.

  • Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.

  • Handles work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions.

    Approaches for exceptions must be developed.

    Your Profile:

    You are responsible, self-motivated, and fully autonomous in the work. You are a solid team-player and enjoy working collaboratively and seeing a piece of work through to completion.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Corporate Finance Track

  • 5 years’ work experience in Startups minimum

  • Detail-oriented and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

  • Be a force of proposition and run initiatives

  • Able to work independently and proactively

  • Knowledge or experience of Xero, HubSpot or other CRM is a plus
