BOOKING SALESMAN
Description:
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales volume and operating income targets
- Partner with new distributors and wholesalers based on daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Open new retail outlets that will help generate incremental sales volume and revenue
- Manage daily routing based on route call schedule, sales order generation, booking of AR collection, and delivery/pick-up stocks
- Manage and develop the selling skills of distributors, salesmen, and merchandisers
- Exercise necessary controls on discounts and other expenses
- Ensure proper execution of marketing plans and programs
- Conduct monthly business review with distributors and wholesalers and report actual sales and sales trends to the Sales Manager
- Ensure superior customer service is being observed at every customer touchpoint
- Participate in and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business
