Branch Team Leader - Davao

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree/College graduate in Business Management.
• Preferably with team leader or supervisory experience in Manufacturing, FMCG and other industry.
• Must have an intensive knowledge in planning, inventory, SAP, 5's, and troubleshooting of machine.
• Applicants should be detail-oriented, team player, communicator and with minimal supervision.
• Home based is in Brgy. Sasa, Davao City.

Job Description:

• Responsible in supervising/overseeing the smooth flow of the operation.
• Implementing company rules and regulations, work instructions and other management plan/objectives.
• Handling manpower cross training and keep quality records.
• Regularly maintaining, checking and securing materials inventory, tools, portable equipment and machines.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and orderly in the plant premises.
• Should continuously improving on nonconforming in the plant.
• Responsible on the receiving and dispatching of the materials.
• Responsible in controlling, monitoring, keeping of records and regularly report of petty cash allotted in the plant.
