Internship - Finance and HR allowance : RM 700
Work description:
1.Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
2.Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
3.Review and process reimbursements.
4.Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
5.Prepare and submit payroll.
6.Create financial and inventory reports.
7.Prepare and file company tax documents.
8.Identify and correct miscalculations and financial discrepancies.
9.Run and update databases.
10.Develop and streamline operational efficiencies.
11.Contract delinquent accounts.
12.Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws.
13.Able to handle full set of account and financial report.
14.Able to handle day to day accounting works including invoicing, bookkeeping, payments, filing, sst return and etc
15.Able to handle general administrative works,(repair and maintenance, licenses renewal , clerical support and etc.
16.Able to handle HR administrative works (eg. payroll include statutory contribution,, recording, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims and etc)
