Operations Manager

The company is a Filipino-owned, food manufacturing company and is currently looking for an Operations Manager who will plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of plant operations in all sites. Responsibility includes improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure all workings are manufactured in a cost-effective & timely manner

• Improve operational systems, processes and practices.

• Materials planning, purchasing & inventory; Warehousing & logistics efficiency.

• Perform quality controls and monitor production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Management, Operations Management or any management related course.

• At least three (3) years work experience in a Managerial role preferably in a food manufacturing company.

• Knowledgeable in operations management (warehousing, distribution & production)

• Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting / planning metrics.
