PE RMT Team Leader

a) Ensures that technical functions relating to machine transfer, validation, machine and process improvement are carried out properly.
b) Initiates cost reduction programs through process analysis and development and machine optimization.
c) Monitors machine parts and other supplies. Coordinates with suppliers for the parts fabrication or modification process to a supplier.
d) Generates procedures, work instructions, necessary guidelines, and other protocols to streamline the process flow of the department.

a) Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Industrial; With a license is an advantage
b) With at least three years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up
c) Knowledgable with the used of different statistical techniques for data analysis (Cpk, Mean±ks, QC tools, etc.)
d) Proficient in MS Office and CAD/Solidworks
e) With experience in manpower handling
