Production Manager (IMT)

a) Develops, evaluates, and assists in the direction of improving processes for all production activities including evaluation, creation, and revision of systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and implementing change.
b) Implement initiatives to achieve team targets relating to Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
c) Manage ongoing cost reduction and continuous improvement programs to reduce manufacturing expenses and labor costs.

a) Graduate of any Engineering Degree
b) With at least five years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up specializing in production and engineering
c) With high skills in planning, leading,  organizing, and controlling a Team 
d) Excellent decision-making skills, strong leadership, and communication proficiency
