Production Manager (In Melaka) - Mandarin Speaker

Description:

Main Responsibilities:

·         Overall monitoring of production performance and ensure meeting of all monthly performance indicator such as productivity, wastage, equipment efficiency and etc.

·         Monitor and stimulate improvement programs, such as process reengineering, equipment upgrading modification, cost down programs and etc

·         Ensure all section leaders are aligned to company mission and vision, structure tree activities are well deployed to achieve company critical success factors / KPI

·         Work closely with supporting department such as maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished goods meet quality standards.

·         Work out and implement standard operating procedure for production and ensure SOP are adhered to.

·         Efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments (purchasing, marketing and management)

·         Liaise with QA department to ensure quality and productivity activities are carried out according to plan

·         Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.

·         Liaise with HR department o established proper HR development programs or trainings.

·         Implement and enforce quality control and tracking program.

·         Monitor and review the staff performance and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum a Degree in Operation Management or related field

·         Minimum 5 years of related working experience in manufacturing environment is required, preferably from plastic injection / extrusion industries.

·         Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015

·         Exposure to GMP working environment

·         Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a big team of production staff

·         Dynamic and resourceful team player and ability to manage projects independently within the timelines.

·         Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all level of staff.

·         Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka.
