Account Manager (Oil/Lubricants)

Job Summary:

Grow OEM business by delivering annual sales target and actively engaging and supporting key OEM customers.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales target within the fiscal year through effective engagement of current OEM customers
• Discuss progress of sales targets and strategies with OEM Section Head on weekly basis
• Display extensive knowledge of all OEM lubricant product specifications and be able to discuss its unique selling proposition to current and high potential OEM customers
• Maintain professional relationship with all current key OEM customers through regular visits and periodic sales calls to discuss and promote new products and offer any technical or marketing support which will help to drive OEM sales
• Coordinate with various internal departments (i.e. Marketing and Planning and Supply Chain) in order to execute sales and marketing strategies while guaranteeing the timely arrival of products and promotional services to customers .
• Trouble-shoot any concerns or complaints by OEM customers against products and services, when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in oil, lubricant and other related businesses.
• Candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills
• With driving skills and valid driver's license
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati
