• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the directions, thrust, VALUES AND ETHICAL STANDARDS of CREATIVE CUISINE GROUP
• Make sure employees of assigned restaurant are in same tune in observing core purpose of CCG – “ CREATE EXEMPLERAY AND DELIGHFUL DINING EXPERIENCE.
• Review financial statements of restaurant assigned, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement of specific restaurant assigned.
• Ensure that in the all assigned restaurant - policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance.
• Strengthen and monitor compliance of kitchen and dining personnel in standard operating procedures being set.
