Assistant Supervisor (Warehouse)

a) Considerate and effectively in stock physical count, stock arrangement, space management and stock allocation compliance with warehouse safety procedure

b) Withdraw and receive stock with First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methodology to ensure stock expiry is managed.

c) Stock expiry control

d) Knowledge in warehouse management system

e) Product knowledge

f) Communication skill

g) Report to superior on stock problem, slow moving goods, space availability and warehouse related issue

h) Customer complaint handling for shortage, product quality, expired goods, missed-packing and related matters between warehouse and recipient
