Broker Sales Assistant

Filinvest Land Inc is looking for aggressive and performance-oriented personality to fill in the BROKER SALES ASSISTANT position for our Filpod Office in SM City Consolacion.

Broker Sales Assistant will:

• Assist the Broker Sales Manager (Filpod Officer) on the recruitment, training and activation of the new brokers and agents in the assigned territory
• Responsible for overseeing the administrative work associated with the mentioned tasks including the monitoring and updating of daily and monthly sales reports, budget requests, reservation and booking of accounts
• Provide assistance & support to his/her broker network such as scheduling of site tour, distributing of marketing materials, sales closing and documentation
• Help the sellers in checking their commissions, incentives, inventory updates and project news
• Provide after sales service for walk-in existing clients
   

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any 4-year business-related course
• Experience in real estate industry as Broker assistant/coordinator is a plus
• Must be highly organized in documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office operations (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Amenable to work at SM City Consolacion with mall operating hours
