CSR - Pioneer Insurance Account

We are looking for candidates with (Customer Service Representative) working experience for our Pioneer Insurance Account.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients regarding their insurance policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Verify client information and policy details to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations as needed.
• Assist clients with filing insurance claims and provide guidance on the claims process.
• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products and services to clients as appropriate.
• Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and coverage options.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and concerns.
• Meet performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.

Qualifications:

• Has 1 year of BPO experience
• At least 2nd yr College Undergraduate
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated

Other Qualification:

• 1-year Shared Services, preferably with Insurance / Financial / Banking account experience but not required
• OR College Graduate without Experience
