CSR Outbound Sales

Job description

Qualifications:

• Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Sales- Telesales/ Telemarketing/ Appointment setting or equivalent
• BPO Experience is an advantage but not required
• Excellent English speaking and written communications
• Must have basic computer networking and internet skills
• With strong personality and management skills
• Understanding of Intermediate Telecom products is an advantage
• Willing to be exposed in a sales-driven and performance-driven environment
• Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule (Tuesdays-Saturdays)
• Two-week training onsite before hybrid setup

Job Description:

• Performs outbound and inbound calls
• Email correspondence
• Contact businesses and discuss with Decision Makers
• As a consultant talk about products and services that will help grow their business
• Schedule appointments or call back with respective Sales Manager to meet with prospective customers on site
• Acquisition, growth, and retention of customer base
