Qualifications: (Qualifications will depend on the specific ramping)

• Must have at least 3 months of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) call center environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required]

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
