Call Center Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Entering customer information and orders accurately and efficiently into the company's database or CRM system
• Verifying the accuracy of data entered, such as addresses, phone numbers, and product details
• Transcribing and encoding customer inquiries, complaints, or requests for follow-up by other agents or departments
• Maintaining detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting by gathering and compiling data from various sources
• Conducting data clean-up and maintenance tasks, such as updating customer information or correcting errors in the database
   

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate with At least 3 months of BPO experience.
• College graduate without BPO experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
