Job Responsibilities:

• Address client concerns and requests in a professional manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.

Job Requirements:

• High School / Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply (BPO experience is not required)
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge in consumer electronics products
• must be 18 years of age
• amenable to work in shifting schedules
