The Role

Responsibilities

• Provides financial information to clients by researching and analyzing accounting data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare tax returns for prompt payment.
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date.
• Provides assistance in organizing, maintaining, and auditing financial records.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Monitoring and reviewing payments in the client's accounting system complete reconciliation and analysis of various records and registers.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently
• Must be keen on detail
• Must be familiar with QuickBooks
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work the night-shift schedule
