-Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree

-Real Estate Customer Relations Service experience is an advantage

-Has Excellent Communication Skills

-Fluent in English and Filipino

-Has a pleasing personality

-Must be willing to work in Taguig City (McKinley West)

As a Customer Relations Service Associate, your main responsibilities are:

• In-charge of preparing and sending of letters to client
• Monitors and prepares monthly reports of all letters sent
• Calls clients randomly and ask for feedback regarding their experience with their property consultant
• Answers phone calls and properly distribute queuing to sales division
• Coordinates with documentations department regarding CTBS requests
• Facilitates all approved requests for execution of CTBS
• Checks if requests are ready for preparation
• Requests lot layout and dimension to concern department
