Job Requirements:

•         Handling calls regarding general & complicated issues from customers.
•         Manage calls / email and etc from customers.
•         Handle customer compalint
•         Managing ad-hoc administration, also communicating and coordinating with internal department when required

Job Requirements:

•       At least Diploma or Degree in the related field.
•       1 to 2 years working experience
•        Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
•        Good communication skills
•        Possess a problem-solving mindset
