● Mix of fresher and experience profile with customer service aptitude skills
● SPM and above on educational qualification
● Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the native language or language in which services are to be provided
● Ability to converse, read and write effectively in English is an added advantage
● Ability to multitask, detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills
● Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
● Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling

● Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
