Description:

OnlineFactory.asia is looking for Customer Service Representative. It is an inbound voice account for an International famous fashion e-commerce client.

Join our team as CSR:

· Main task is to answer call, email & chat of the customers’ queries of an International famous fashion e-commerce client.

· Give the best support to the customers that will lead to sales

· Solve tricky and hard cases by collaborating with the team members

· Being proactive in providing feedback for product & service improvement

· Maintaining the integrity and ensure to be compliant with the processes

What we are looking for:

· Candidate must have good command of English Language at the same time.

· Preferably someone who has experience working as a Customer Support representative for at least 3 months in a BPO company

· Candidate should be amenable to work on-site (located in San Andres Bukid Manila close to PNR San Andres station)

· Experience in using Zendesk is a plus but is not required
