Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible in creating and designing various marketing programs to promote company and increase client engagement by handling various online marketing tools.

JOB SCOPE:

• Design, create, edit digital marketing aligned with cargo services offered by the Company.
• Establish web presence of the Company through brand/services awareness.
• Handles social media management and advertising.
• Creating social media content and boosting.
• Respond to customer queries on social media accounts.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Sales team to ensure brand/service consistency.
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
• Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree of marketing or any business related course.
• Proven work experience as a digital media or digital marketing specialist in cargo forwarding industry.
• Proficient in all media editing software.
• Familiar with web design and content management system.
• Able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
