Job Description:
This role is responsible for the overall roadmap of all websites to drive growth
Oversee the end-to-end workflow related to the site, product launches, promotions, and overall ongoing content and SKU management
Create and document processes and timelines, establishing best practices to govern site content
Work cross-functionally with Creative, Social and Public Relations, Finance, and Customer Service departments
Concept and build marketing campaigns to support core product + new product launches, collaborations, and promotions
Manage and maintain review campaigns through review platforms
Create and implement conversion-improving and sales-driving strategies to ensure we reach revenue goals
Analyze data and campaign results : understand acquisition costs, retention, and conversion optimization opportunities
Responsible for Shopee, Lazada subscriptions platform, payments and analytics
Manages site contents including: homepage creative, category and product page content, seasonal pages for marketing campaigns
Ensure best-in-class merchandising with consistent brand storytelling
Manage payment platforms and gateways to ensure the best consumer experience and strongest conversion rates
Qualifications:
More than 3 - 5 years of online marketing experience
Has a Bachelor's degree in any related field is required
Excellent communication skills, grammar skills, and proficiency in writing
Experience working with platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Google Analytics, Payments and more
Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and can oversee multiple projects at once
Must be creative, possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and present complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks
