Front Desk Officer

Requirements

• Organized
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Cashiering and Receptionist background is an advantage
• A graduate of any four-year course, or at least college level
• Pleasing personality with focus on excellence in customer service
• Self-starter with excellent in written, communication and interpersonal skill
• Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties
• At least 1 year of working experience preferably in a salon, barbershop, or any customer-oriented establishment

Responsibility

• Arranging appointments and collecting payments
• Handles customer reception and customer concerns
• Processes all sales transactions and cash management functions
• Directs branch employees and assists the Branch Manager in administrative functions
