Japanese Bilingual CSR

OnlineFactory.asia is looking for Japanese speaking CSR. Positions open for both Filipino bilingual applicants and native Japanese. It is an inbound voice account for an International famous fashion e-commerce client.

Join our team as Japanese CSR:

• Main task is to answer call, email & chat of the customers’ queries of an International famous fashion e-commerce client.
• Solve tricky and hard cases by collaborating with the team members
• Being proactive in providing feedback for product & service improvement
• Maintaining the integrity and ensure to be compliant with the processes

What we are looking for:

• Candidate must have good command of English Language.
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or if not a certificate holder, N2 level)
• Preferably someone who has experience working as a Customer Support representative for at least 3 months in a BPO company
• Candidate should be amenable to work on-site (located in San Andres Bukid Manila close to PNR San Andres station)
• Experience in using Zendesk is a plus but is not required.
