Key Responsibilities:
· Sourcing out new accounts from ground breaking to maintaining distributorship
· Expanding relationships and bringing in new accounts
· Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the key accounts and the client
· Establish sales processes for the whole project from signing of contract
· Sales and Purchase agreement, payment, order, delivery, collection until the completion of the project.
· Managing communications between the key accounts, the client and the internal teams
Sales target
· To deliver monthly sales target provided by N+1
· To provide and deliver weekly phasing based on the monthly target
· To analyze branch performance in the territory
Area Coverage
· To identify opportunities in terms of brand distribution in the salon
· To know on a regular basis branches programs provided by competition
· To regularly check inventory of branches in the territory
· To come up with programs which he/she thinks will work in the territory
· To know positioning of Cosmo prods in all branches in territory
· To come up with an effective routing plan
Stakeholder and Account Management
· To establish good rapport with Oms down to stylists, branch managers and jrs
· To present confidently with key people in the salons
· Should be knowledgeable on Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
· Must be graduate a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales related course.
· 1-2 years of work experience as Key Accounts
· Highly organized and Fast Learners
· Knowledgeable on Sales; Account Management
· With experience in salon industry is a plus
· Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City
