Responsible for assisting the Superior in managing the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans for the company in line with the objectives.
Develops and oversees implementation of the projects under the category brands assigned.
Covers all sales and marketing strategies, conceptualization and budget planning as well as monitoring in coordination with Finance Department.
Analyzes competition in order to give input on the development, design, promos, value added services, and price to have a competitive and profitable business.
Supervises subordinate to ensure the seamless implementation of Sales and Marketing plans and coordination with other departments and third party agencies to achieve the S&M objectives and targets.
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree (Marketing or equivalent)
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required; preferably supervisor/ 5 years and up experienced employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Has an exposure in Media, brand strategy, market insight techniques, market research,
Excellent presentation and communication skills, project management
Flexible, data-driven
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
