QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Technical and functional expertise, people management, business negotiation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or
  • equivalent.
  • With strong background in Distribution/FMCG
  • Business Process Knowledge/Products & Services knowledge
  • Market Intelligence/New Business Prospecting
  • Has a valid driver’s license and can safely drive a 4 wheeled vehicle.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize Sales Performance geared towards revenue
  • Ensure compliance to the following: Provincial Distributor scorecard (Business Results) Business Directives (Grow Revenue) Business Processes (Distribution Flow)
  • Facilitates and formulates strategies and action plans on how to deliver the desired results based on agreed compliance
  • Conducts field contacts to PD owners or personnel
  • Creates & Cascades sales & marketing programs to the Sales Team
