Following established procedures and protocols for handling customer interactions and data privacy.
Keeping up-to-date with product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
· 18 years old and above
· With good to excellent in english comm. Skills
· HS graduates with 6mos. Of BPO exp
· College Grad/ Undergrad, ALS & Vocational course graduates w/ or w/o BPO exp
