Job Responsibilities:
• Forecast budget requirements, update journal entries and prepare reports on same.
• Understand customer financial needs and accordingly recommend suitable bank products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about bank products and services.
• Assist in selling and promoting bank products and services to customers.
• Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work under the guidance of Bank Manager to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
• Assist in account opening and closing operations and loan processing activities.
• Build positive working relationship with customers for repeat businesses.
• Identify and contact new customers and develop customer outreach and retention strategies.
• Respond to customer queries regarding bank statements, service charges and bank products.
• Address client concerns and requests in a professional manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
