As a Personal Assistant, you will support our leadership team. You will also be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries and requests. As well as supporting them with diary management, collating agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes, you will also be responsible for:
· Document management including printing and filing documents
· Drafting documents, presentations and ensuring accuracy
· Supporting wider company projects
· Answering telephone calls and taking messages
· Making purchases and processing expenses
· Responding to personal administrative tasks
· Other ad-hoc tasks
