Job Description
· Leads, manage and make team accountable for all the tasks assigned
· Deliver volume and yields targets agreed while remaining focused on relationship building with internal and external clients
· Manage sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
· Monitor performance and against KPI and take corrective action where necessary
· Deliver analytical report for the sales progression review
· Manage holistically all agents under the team such as on performances, work compliance, behavior and others
Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales related course.
3-5 years of work experience as Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Highly organized and Fast Learners
With experience on handling people
knowledgeable in Sales
Can start ASAP
