We are one among multi awarded real estate marketing firm in Metro Manila and we are looking for a Sales Agent/Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
You will perform various tasks, including;
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Respond to emails and phone calls from client
Client ooordination
Meet and assisting client on-site
Setting appointment
Presentation
Attend meetings
Attend on-site orientation
REQUIREMENT:
Can work full time
Male/Female
Age between 25 to 33
College Graduate or at least 2nd year highschool graduate as long as with experience in sales
Ambitious, hardworking and loyal
Honest, dedicated and committed
Must have better WFH set up.
Computer savvy
With at least 2 yrs job experience in sales/customer care/call center
Strong Internet connection and private too is required
Should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent in organizational and time management skills
Should be able to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Can start immediately
Salary: TBD
Option: 50% WFH 50% On field
Work from Company Accommodation
Employment status: 6 mos probation 1 yr contract
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000/- plus incentives
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 8 am to 6 pm
