JOB DESCRIPTION :
Meet sales targets
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and understand customer needs
Checking goods on display and stock in the warehouse
Coordination with distributors in terms of:
Daily checking of inventory stock at distributors (HO and Branches) by branch/SKU
Main Key Account service rate by monitoring monthly service level
Follow up on every customer problem
Handling and coordinating with customers (Wholesalers and Retailers) in terms of:
Store visit and check target store to get PO
Checking the condition of Key Account inventory
Collecting market information
Review sales results with a view to meeting targets
Make daily, weekly and monthly reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Maximum age 34 years
Minimum education SMA (Diploma or undergraduate is preferred)
Minimum 1 (one) year experience as field sales in the BALI area in the Cosmetics or Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
Good personality, able to communicate and understand customer needs well
Have a two-wheeled motorized vehicle and SIM C
Resilience and the ability to overcome rejection
Responsible, motivated and able to work under pressure
Able to work both individually and in a team and able to thrive in a competitive environment
Have good calculations
Willing to be placed in the Bali area and work with a contract system
