Main Responsibilities:
· Prospecting business leads and converting to revenue KPI.
· Presenting product and brands to facilitating launches and animations.
· Plan and execute in-store activation, launch visibility and business meetings.
· Establishing new business opportunities.
· Sales reporting, reviewing performance and fully responsible in accounts spend.
· Negotiating contracts with retailer and organization both working towards achieving the sales target.
· Setting up meetings with the prospective retailer and/or store managers (Business review/JBP).
· Act as leader in provider market insights to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and consumer needs.
· Seek new opportunities through networking to drive distribution and channel strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to for execution and sales operations.
· Manage and grow business along with Beauty Advisors and Sales & Promotion Coordinators.
• Come up with unique content idea and strategies to reach marketing goals set by the management.
• Help to create marketing content for social media outreach purpose.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Admin/Marketing or equivalent
· Excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English and Malay
· Self-motivated & organizational skills are needed.
· Positive thinking and multitasking
· Experience in retail/cosmetic/Beauty industry is an added advantage
· Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
· Fresh graduate wiling to learn are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation.
