Sales & Marketing Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop organic and paid strategies to drive store customers and online customers.
• Deploy engaging content for PR and marketing promotions in all platforms (and should be conscious with the
• overall store sales targets and current standing).
• Build valuable relationships and partnerships with key industry players.
• Prepare Mktg budget and monitor the efficiency of efforts and can easily adjust to changing trends.
• Analyze Consumer behavior and can measure campaigns especially online.
• Oversee On-ground and Online efforts and always on-top of managing advertising campaigns to drive
• increase of sales.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable in MS Office and active in Social Media
• Strong background in Marketing and pull of suppliers (Both Media and Marketing Services materials).

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Basic Photo and Video Editing
• Active in Social Media, SEO and other online channels (more than Shopee, Lazada etc)
• Knowledgeable in SAP
• STRONG BACKGROUND in Marketing both online and on-ground platforms.
