Job Responsibility
Able to handle daily inquiry and order processing including quotation, feedback to/from customers on order confirmation detail, etc.
Manage order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with sales team members to prepare quotations and proposals.
Processing orders and inquiries from the E-commerce platform Computer literate with high proficiency in MS software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Supporting sales with documentation.
Support sales activities and contribute to continuous improvement activities across all departments.
Work closely with the supplier to ensure the fulfillment of orders within the stipulated time frame.
Job Requirements
At least diploma in business administration/other field of studies or at least SPM with experience.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous. Good team development and leadership skills. Computer literacy.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

Salary Range: RM2,200 +Incentive up to RM4,000-5,000
