Responsibilities:

• Proficiently managing client inquiries with prompt and courteous responses.
• Processing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction.
• Generating invoices, maintaining meticulous records to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
• Executing a range of administrative tasks as directed by the sales team to support their overall success.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as Sales admin or assistant
• Prior knowledge and experience in electronics manufacturing or trading is an advantage
• Proficiency in English communication is essential, while proficiency in the Japanese language is highly regarded.
