- Recruitment of sales and marketing staff integral to the structure
- Development of sales organization and distribution system
- Develop, select and establish distributors and agents throughout the Philippines
- Survey and assess distribution potential and situation of CFC sales distribution in Luzon
- Establish sales organizational structure
- Develop improvement and efficiency systems for sales monitoring
- Establish in-depth training sessions, modules and KPI systems for the skills and personal development of sales team
- Will conduct at least 4 days of field training per month and at least 2 days classroom training to sales
