Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate enduring relationships with existing clients, providing stellar post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities through targeted cold-calling and strategic emailing initiatives.
3. Harness the potential of virtual platforms to foster relationships with potential customers, enhancing company reach and market presence.
4. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and assessing the progress of prospective clients within the sales cycle.
5. Expediently respond to sales inquiries generated via website interactions, email communications, and inbound calls, demonstrating superior customer engagement and responsiveness.
6. Coordinate and arrange face-to-face meetings between prospective clients and Outside Sales Representatives, facilitating efficient communication and engagement.
Requirements:
1. Holder of a Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. At least one year of professional experience in a comparable role is required.
3. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
